Crochet and knitting designer, guest presenter, tutor and demonstrator Mandy Cameron turned her hobby into her career and has never looked back. For over a decade, Mandy has been a firm favourite on Create & Craft TV and Yarn Lane TV, demonstrating her skills in crochet and knitting. From fashion items to home decor and animals galore, she works with a variety of fibres to develop designs that keep it simple and rewarding.

Mandy's speciality is architecture with yarn. Her Crochet Critters® designs have been used in kits that dress many a high street store's shelves such as John Lewis, TK Maxx and The Range. Her most popular design, Llulu Llama, winning Best Craft Kit 2019 by Best Craft Awards, is still the leader of her menagerie today.

"Being able to present and demonstrate crochet and knitting gives me the opportunity to share my passion, enjoyment and knowledge in the hope that it entices the beginners to try it, the ones who gave up to start again, and to encourage those already enjoying the craft to challenge themselves more. The pleasure I get is immense not only in giving but receiving. That realisation, that smile when the crafter has cracked it, says it all.
