Triple the Fun Sewing Machine Weekend

This morning, we’ll work on the folded log cabin cushion (finished size 12 x 12 inches). Use pre-printed Quickscreen Square Interfacing for accurate and precise placement of strips of fabric to create this cushion. Once you have discovered this simple technique you will be inspired to go on to create a multitude of different designs.

This afternoon, we’ll work on the Savile Row patchwork bag (finished size 12 x 9 inches excluding handles). Using the revolutionary fusible Quilters Grid and some Saville Row wool fabrics, we create a perfectly pieced patchwork block which will then be incorporated into a cross-body bag. Learn the techniques used to create watercolour quilts with accurately and precisely matching squares and rectangles.

This morning, we’ll work on our final project, the star table topper (finished size 10 x 10 inches). Once you have discovered this simple technique, you will be inspired to go on to easily create a multitude of different designs.
